About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Coordinator in Pune. The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with the role including order processing, customer service, communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The job description for a Sales Coordinator typically includes the following responsibilities:
1 Supporting sales representatives by providing information, sales data, and other relevant materials.
2 Coordinating sales-related activities, such as sales meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
3 Communicating with customers to understand their requirements and address any issues or concerns.
4 Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
5 Generating sales reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
6 Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers.
7 Providing techno-commercial offers, including pricing, terms, and conditions.
8 Managing sales documentation and maintaining accurate records.
9 Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to support sales initiatives.
Requirements
Experience in inside sales, order processing, and customer service
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Customer satisfaction focused mindset
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with ERP is mandatory
Bachelor's degree in Science (Electronics)/ Engineering/ business administration or related field is preferred
