Tektronix IsoVu™ Isolated Voltage Probes are high-performance optically isolated differential probes designed for accurate measurement of high-bandwidth floating signals in the presence of large common-mode voltages. IsoVu technology uses galvanic optical isolation between the device under test and the oscilloscope to substantially reduce common-mode interference and improve measurement fidelity.
