Tektronix IsoVu™ Isolated Current Probes provide high-bandwidth, low-noise current measurements for applications where conventional current probes can be limited by common-mode interference. Designed for dynamic shunt-based current measurements, IsoVu probes provide complete galvanic isolation between the probe tip and oscilloscope, helping eliminate ground loops and significantly reduce common-mode noise.
